Criminal Accusation against MEXT -The second time-
I am a member of The Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (Family Federation), and I and other believers have accused MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) that they fabricated evidence which they submitted to Tokyo District Court for dissolution order to Family Federation.
I accused MEXT for fabricated evidence on 10th March, 2025 to Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office, but it was returned because there was not enough evidence.
This time, we can get enough evidence, which Family Federation paid so much effort, and we accused MEXT again.
There are 261 statements which MEXT submitted to the court, but most them were made before the Compliance Declaration. On the other hand, after the Compliance Declaration, there is only one lawsuit and there were not enough evidence. Therefore, MEXT staff created drafts of statement of “victims”, and make them sign on it.
And so many fabrications were found in them. It is a criminal to use an unauthorized sign for evidence, especially in the case of religious group dissolution.
The Family Federation has made manga to explain the fabrication incidents, so I wish to share with you by English.
